You can delete your FarmerClips account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Email hello.farmerclips@farmerclips.com with the subject "Delete my FarmerClips account". Include your FarmerClips username (@name) and the mobile number you sign in with, so we can confirm the account is yours. We may contact that number to check before deleting. We act on requests within 7 days and reply when it is done.
Your profile photo, voice messages and clip videos are deleted at the same time. Our storage keeps a safety copy of deleted files for up to 30 days, after which they are erased for good.
Orders you were part of are kept as a financial record, because the other person in the order and the tax records still need them. Your name, photo, phone number, address and location are removed first, and the order shows "Deleted user" instead, so it no longer identifies you.
Messages you wrote in a shared community chat stay in that room's history, so the conversation still makes sense to others, but they no longer show who wrote them.
